The aim of the English Faculty Library is to support taught courses within the Faculty as well as to serve senior members, postgraduate and research students and academic visitors.
It is a lending library, comprising approximately 80,000 volumes along with periodicals, audio and video media, on-line resources and CD-ROMs.
The library staff also administers the departmental library for Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic studies (ASNC).
