Spenser in Dublin, 2015

We are delighted to announce that the next International Spenser Society Conference will take place in Dublin, Ireland, from 18-20 June 2015.

“Spenser’s Places / The Place of Spenser” will be held in historic Dublin Castle (http://www.dublincastle.ie/), in the heart of the city.  An optional bus tour to Kilcolman castle and other Spenser sites will take place on the Sunday after the conference, June 21.  (Fans of James Joyce may like to bear in mind that the conference will take place close to Bloomsday, 16th June, celebrated with great vigour in Dublin.)

Keep an eye out for the call for papers, which will be issued in the next couple of months. We hope you will join us for a feast of Spenser in Dublin, 2015!

Organisers: Dr Jane Grogan (University College Dublin), Dr Thomas Herron (East Carolina University) and Dr Andrew King (University College Cork)
