A Change to the Masthead

With this issue, The Spenser Review bids godspeed to our first Book Review Editor, J. B. Lethbridge, and welcomes his successor, Richard Danson Brown.

It would be difficult to overstate the importance of Professor Lethbridge’s contributions to the relaunch of the Review. He has worked hard and with brilliant success to broaden the international scope of our coverage and to increase the variety of our content. That he has also been unfailingly patient and reliable has made working with him a pleasure.

Our regret at letting Professor Lethbridge off the hook for so much work is tempered only by our relief that Professor Brown stepped up so promptly to accept the mantle. We look forward to a happy collaboration with him as we plan next January’s issue.
