Biographical Information
I am a PhD student in the Anglo-Saxon, Norse, and Celtic Department. My research examines the use of the book as a technology in, and the liturgical practices of the Medieval Icelandic church, with a specific focus on Latin Liturgical Manuscript Fragments. This work builds upon my master’s thesis, which examined the antiquarian Árni Magnússon's manipulation and attitude towards Latin Liturgy through a case study: AM 241 b I fol.
I hold a BA (first class honours, 2023) and MPhil (with distinction, 2024) in ASNaC. My pronouns are she/her. I am very grateful to the OOC AHRC DTP and Trinity Hall for funding my doctoral research. I am also an honourary Cambridge Trust Vice Chancellor's Award recipient.
