The first, Am I normal?, is an interactive installation reflecting on body control in public spaces through computer vision technologies
The second, Dreamy Cops, questions the interplay between analysis and synthesis in AI, and the impact of university research in the development of surveillance technologies.
For the Cambridge Festival, these artworks will be placed side by side in a common space, letting viewers experience how surveillance technologies can affect behaviours and bodies.
The artist, Tristan Dot, is a PhD student in digital art history at Cambridge Digital Humanities, in the Faculty of English.
