NISHA RAMAYYA's pamphlets 'Notes on Sanskrit' (2015) and 'Correspondences' (2016) are published by Oystercatcher Press. With Sandeep Parmar and Bhanu Kapil, she co-authored 'Threads' (2018), a creative-critical pamphlet published by clinic. Her work can be found online in 'The Believer', 'Blackbox Manifold', and the 'White Review'. She is a member of the Race & Poetry & Poetics in the UK research group.
SOPHIE SEITA is an artist, writer, researcher, and translator. Her performances, which visualise, embody, or translate text via poetic dialogue, sculpture, costume, installation, and choreography, have been presented at the Royal Academy, Bold Tendencies (London), the Arnolfini (Bristol), La MaMa Galleria (NYC), Cité Internationale des Arts (Paris), Parasol Unit (London), Company Gallery (NYC), and elsewhere. With Nisha Ramayya and others, she recently founded the queer-feminist performance collective GORGONIA. As a Junior Research Fellow at Queens', she's currently finishing her first scholarly monograph, 'Provisional Avant-Gardes: Little Magazine Communities from Dada to Digital' (working title), which is forthcoming from Stanford University Press.
ALEX HOUEN's poetry includes the chapbook 'Rouge States' (Oystercatcher, 2014) and another chapbook (co-written with Geoff Gilbert) entitled 'Hold! West' (Eyewear, 2016). His first full poetry collection, 'Ring Cycle' has just been published by Eyewear. He co-edits (with Adam Piette) the online poetry magazine 'Blackbox Manifold', and teaches modern literature in the English Faculty, and Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
