The Rise of Fiction in the Long 12th Century (ASNC Conference)

To mark the conclusion of ASNC’s four-year project on Latin Arthurian literature, funded by the Leverhulme Trust, we are pleased to announce a hybrid conference, The Rise of Fiction in the Long Twelfth Century, with three keynote papers from Miranda Griffin, Wim Verbaal, and Jan Ziolkowski, together with nine further invited papers and respondents. Registration will close on 1 December and please note that in-person attendance will be limited by the capacity of the room. We look forward to seeing you in person or online in December to explore fictionality across early medieval Europe.
