This exhibition draws from the research of Dr Beryl Pong’s UKRI Future Leaders Fellowship, ‘Droned Life: Data, Narrative, and the Aesthetics of Worldmaking’ (MR/W010429/1). This collaborative project across the universities of Cambridge, Sheffield, Sheffield Hallam, and York explores the intertwining of ethics and aesthetics in drone use across war, art, humanitarianism, and the study of the environment.
