Dr Sophie Seita, a Junior Research Fellow at Queens’, reads from her translations of the German poet Uljana Wolf for a Special Event at the Northeast Modern Language Association Conference (NeMLA) in Baltimore, MD, on 25 March 2017. Both writers will also lead a discussion on how the multilingual nature of Wolf’s work relates to migration and language politics, as well how this presents challenges and possibilities for translation.
