In the academic year 2021/22, Dr Ewan Jones will take up a Leverhulme Research Grant on the topic of ‘Close Reading as Attentional Practice: 1860-1920’.  As part of the grant, he will be co-organising a seminar on attention at the Warburg Institute, with Professor Lorraine Daston.
