Dr Rebecca Barr speaks on Cold War Steve and William Hogarth at the Birmingham launch of Cold War Steve’s 2025 Annual on the 12th of November. Cold War Steve is a British photomontage artist and satirist whose punk-aesthetic photoshop images of dystopian Britain are disseminated on social media. He has provided cover art for The Big Issue, The New Statesman, and Time magazine.
